Summary: The Manager and staff were very helpful and focused on providing us with a great experience. The hotel is very comfortable and the Beach Club is great!

Summary: What a great place to stay. The suite was super nice. We loved having a full kitchen and separate bedroom area. The gym on the first floor was perfect and what a special treat to have access to the Watersound club (golf, pool and wellness center) Bradley at the front desk was a terrific addition to our stay!

Summary: Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay, the weather was on and off so we had stayed in the room and it was very comfy, comes with kitchen and kitchenware and all other bells and whistles. Bed was super comfy as well. Beach access is available via the Beach club and the pool is also amazing! Perfect stay for couples and families! Worth the every dollar! The staff were very hospitable as well!

Summary: Nice property with a combination of private condos and rental places. The elevator did not work for the entire stay. Everyone had to carry luggage and packages 3 floors up and down. Had no water due to repairs for the first 5 hours of our stay. The lazy river is under repair. This resort charges daily resort fees for non-existing resort services.
